Joe Hernandez founded and incorporated 13th Angel in March 2005 to create 3D virtual reality software for wellness and to deliver it over a website that could consolidate the fragmented metaphysical market.

Anastasia joined Joe in January 2008 and they made the joint commitment to dedicate their work full time to the development of wellness programming. They have been fortunate to garner powerful strategic alliances, and, with the assistance of key partners, have evolved to include the delivery of innovative, engaging content, seminars and programs, incorporating social networking and entertainment over High Definition Television over the Internet.

Incorporating VR4 Media Group as the parent company in January 2010 and VR4 Studios in March 2010, Joe and Anastasia have subsequently developed the company into what it is now, a company situated to take advantage of the revolution in communications technologies, providing accessible and affordable entry into the New Media 3D world, and ready to add its own creative and innovative stamp to its work.
